Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Multifamily Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with property management companies and investors in the Houston market. Your deep local knowledge and established network in the multifamily sector will be key to promoting our innovative solution and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification, through pilot execution, to full-scale deployment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify potential multifamily property clients within the Houston market using your local network and industry expertise. Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process, including setting up pilot programs, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Client Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing industry insights and personalized support to foster long-term partnerships.
