We are looking for a savvy Senior Technical Specialist with solid experience in the Iterable email marketing platform to join our growing team. This position will work closely with our internal team members and will be hands-on in the ESP. Essential daily functions: - Knowledge of Iterable dynamic coding language - Advanced ESP knowledge and ability to train others - Automation/trigger set up, QA, and troubleshooting - Segmentation set up, QA, and troubleshooting - Utilize extensive technical knowledge to autonomously troubleshoot all current problems and identify potential future-state problems
