We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a proactive, self-starting, tech-savvy assistant with real GoHighLevel experience to become a critical part of our team. This is NOT a task-by-task virtual assistant role. You’ll be trusted to own client success operations, solve technical problems independently, and shield leadership from daily fires — freeing us to focus on marketing, sales, and innovation. You’ll have full support, guidance, and mentorship when needed — but you are expected to be a self-starter, figure things out, and keep projects moving forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions. We want a true team member who will grow with us, help us scale, and who we will invest in by helping you achieve your own career goals and aspirations as well. What You’ll Do (First 2–4 Weeks): Client Success & Reporting - Enter client reporting data and eventually help to interpret trends over time - Set up client GoHighLevel subaccounts (load snapshots, configure integrations, submit A2P registrations) - Manage client automations: add/remove contacts, troubleshoot workflows, edit automations - Schedule and eventually help lead client launch calls and campaign momentum check-ins GHL Admin and Troubleshooting -Perform daily GHL tasks without needing constant supervision -Troubleshoot any issues — contact GHL or Google Ads support proactively when needed -Escalate to leadership only after making a real attempt to solve or get external help (or if you're completely lost on what to do) -Maintain clean, properly integrated client systems Communication & Admin Support -Monitor client-facing emails daily: answer, do, delegate, or escalate appropriately -Coordinate with the tech team and keep client deliverables on track -Help draft welcome emails, Statements of Work, and light administrative tasks -- You will be expected to make a quick loom video for any longer emails (such as welcome emails or Statements of Work, etc) After 2–4 Weeks: Digital Organization Special Project -Consolidate multiple email inboxes and align all client communication under our main brand (Chirosurge) -Organize and migrate files between Google Drive and OneDrive into one clean, professional system -Set up inbox filters, document processes, and clean up our internal systems for better efficiency -Help us operate in a simple, streamlined, and organized digital environment What We’re Looking For: -Intermediate experience with GoHighLevel is REQUIRED (please do not apply if you are brand new) -Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) -Tech-comfortable (Google Sheets, CRM tools, integrations, troubleshooting) -Self-starter mindset — you take ownership and drive results without needing constant reminders -Organized and detail-oriented — you naturally build systems and spot problems before they happen -Able to work independently but still ask smart questions when guidance is needed -Available to work during normal U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time overlap preferred) Bonus Points If You Have: -Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment -Familiarity with Google Ads, CRM integrations, or basic reporting -Executive assistant or project management experience Compensation: -$5–$8/hour USD to start -Room for raises, bonuses, and growth based on contribution and impact Why You’ll Love Working With Us: -You’ll be valued as a critical team member, not just a task-taker -We’ll work to understand your career goals and dreams, and find ways to help you grow into them -You’ll have real ownership of your work and see the impact you make every day -Flexible remote work, but within U.S. business hours, for better communication and teamwork (tasks that do not require immediate attention or client communication can be done outside of US business hours, but we do want to be able to communicate with you during normal business hours) -A culture that values innovation, responsibility, and supporting each other’s success How to Apply: Please send: -A short 2–3 minute Loom (or other video) introducing yourself and why you’re a great fit -A resume or short summary of relevant experience -Your favorite tool, app, or piece of software — and why you love it
