Job Description: We’re looking for a professional resume writer to join our team at PrimeResume.io, a fast-growing online resume writing company helping job seekers get noticed and get hired. As a resume writer with us, you’ll receive ongoing resume writing requests from clients across a variety of industries and experience levels. Your role will be to craft compelling, well-structured, and ATS-optimized resumes that highlight each client’s unique strengths and career goals. You’ll also be responsible for writing customized cover letters and LinkedIn profile makeovers that align with the resume and help present a consistent, professional personal brand. In addition, you'll help us build a library of high-quality, customizable resume content frameworks that serve as a foundation for tailoring resumes to different industries and client profiles. These are not generic templates, but flexible content systems designed to be personalized for each client's background, job target, and experience level. What You’ll Do: Write professional resumes tailored to each client’s background, goals, and target roles Craft customized cover letters and LinkedIn summaries/profiles aligned with the resume Collaborate with clients and team members to clarify missing information when needed Apply best practices for formatting, structure, and ATS optimization Deliver polished, error-free documents ready for client delivery Develop flexible content frameworks (e.g., summaries, achievements, bullet points) for reuse across industries and career stages Help ensure consistency across all written materials You Are: A resume writer, career coach, recruiter, or HR expert with a portfolio of professional resume writing packages, including LinkedIn profile work Experienced in writing for diverse industries and levels (from entry-level to executive) Strong understanding of how to write resumes that pass ATS systems Able to write with clarity, professionalism, and purpose Experienced in writing impactful LinkedIn profiles and cover letters Detail-oriented, deadline-conscious, and communicative What We Offer: Consistent, ongoing client work with a growing resume writing brand Flexible schedule and fully remote work The opportunity to help real people land jobs and build their careers Fixed-price payment per resume package (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn) — rates will be discussed during the interview
