Description: We’re a regulated structured-notes advisory firm and cannot host a custom website or portal. Instead, we need a spreadsheet-style interface delivered via a trusted third-party system (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, Jotform Tables, Coda) that: • Publishes a clean, branded grid of current products (structured notes) that we can swap out or update each month. • Allows anyone with the link to view the list—no sign-in friction to browse. • Automatically captures the user’s identity (email) when they express interest. • Provides a per-row “Submit Interest” action (button or link) that opens a simple form/modal for: • Dollar amount • Custodian • Optional notes • Logs submissions in a backend table or sheet with: Timestamp, Client Email, Product ID, Amount, Custodian, Notes. • Looks polished and on-brand, without building or hosting your own site. Interest form capturing all required fields. 4. Admin backend (sheet or table) for viewing/exporting submissions. 5. Monthly update process: clear instructions for replacing the product list. 6. Basic styling/branding so the interface looks professional. Skills & Experience: • Expert in at least one spreadsheet-style SaaS (Google Sheets + Apps Script, Airtable, Jotform Tables, Coda, Smartsheet, etc.). • Ability to design a simple, intuitive UI within that platform. • Familiarity with low-friction identity capture methods. • Strong documentation skills for handoff and monthly maintenance.
