We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team and bring our beauty products to life. This role requires a strong sense of design, a keen eye for trends, and the technical skills to deliver production-ready packaging that stands out on the shelf and online. Responsibilities: Design and develop packaging concepts for beauty products from ideation to final artwork Create dielines, mockups, and print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics and appeal to a modern, trend-conscious audience Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to meet launch timelines Stay current on industry trends and competitor packaging to inform design direction Prepare files for print production and work with vendors to ensure quality and accuracy Requirements: 2+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle space Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop required) Strong portfolio showcasing trend-forward, modern packaging work Understanding of printing processes, materials, and dielines Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills Available for collaboration during U.S. business hours (remote OK) Bonus if you have: Experience with 3D rendering or mockup software Knowledge of sustainability in packaging Familiarity with ecommerce design needs
