NOTE: We need you available as needed for video editing for a flat $600 a month (Estimate around 10 hours per week, but if it goes to 15 hours some weeks, we still need to stay at $600 a month.) You will need to be available in Slack for communication and Asana for task management. If this pricing does not work for you, we understand, but that is the budget. We are a growing digital marketing agency that works with a variety of industries. Our projects range from short-form social media content to longer-form video editing, and we need a skilled editor who can handle diverse editing styles. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team on a short-term basis, with the possibility of an extended role. You will be responsible for editing engaging and high-quality videos for various clients and platforms, ensuring they align with brand identity and audience preferences. Responsibilities: Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Edit long-form content for YouTube, training videos, and other marketing materials. Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, captions, and effects to enhance engagement. Work with raw footage to cut, color correct, and optimize audio. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and client expectations. Adapt edits to fit different branding styles and project needs. Requirements: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar software is a plus). Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. Ability to take direction and implement feedback efficiently. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
