Short Montage Video Using Template

We are a solar company and I am trying to put together a short montage video of nature shots and photos from our installations. I downloaded an After Effects template that suits the style of video I'm trying to create, but I'm not familiar with that software and need help swapping in our media for the placeholders in the template. I'd also like to add some very limited text.
