We’re looking for an exceptional Web Developer/Graphic Designer for 10-15 hours a week (to start) who understands direct response marketing, sales funnels, and the entrepreneurial/coaching industry. This is not a basic web design gig — we need someone who can build high-converting funnel pages and visually compelling brand assets that sell. You must have expert-level experience in: WordPress ClickFunnels Go High Level Unbounce Photoshop/Canva Funnel integration & optimization Direct Marketing Graphic design (branding, layout, CTAs, etc.) You are: - Fluent in the principles of direct marketing and conversion-driven design - Experienced working with coaching brands or info-product businesses -Able to implement designs quickly without sacrificing quality -A creative problem-solver who can bring strategy as well as execution -Available to collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with a fast-moving team on an ongoing basis -A split-testing and CRO expert who brings effective testing ideas to the table -You know who is crushing it in the personal brand space and WHY
