We are looking for a senior sales manager with deep experience in B2B enterprise sales to help us analyze sales call transcripts and generate structured reports. This role requires someone who understands sales talk tracks, objection handling, and sales playbook adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Review sales call transcripts and extract key insights in a Google Document - Identify important sales moments (e.g., objections, pricing discussions, key feature mentions) by highlighting the quote and adding a comment - Compile findings into a structured report using our standardized template - Ensure reports are accurate, clear, and aligned with best-in-class sales practices Ideal Candidate: ✅ 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in a multi-stage enterprise sales process) ✅ Experience coaching reps and enforcing sales playbooks ✅ Proficiency in structured sales frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN) ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills ⏳ Project Scope: 3 reports to be completed within 3 days We expect this project to take around 6 hours in total, but candidates should track their time spent
