Set up Mailchimp and Strategize for long term email deliverability and healthy account usage

We are an exceptional financial brand operating in the credit, online income and investing niche. We generate high volumes of email opt-ins for people that want to get credit. We also send content on generating income, real estate rentals, We are setting up mail chimp currently and need assistance w/ email deliverability as we are growing the opt-ins rapidly. We understand that there are significant sensitive issues when using Mailchimp and their shared IP space. Like not doing affiliate marketing, only using a certain number of links in an email and not using certain words. We do not exactly what all of this is though. We have used multiple ESP's but with dedicated IP space our open rates were always very poor.
