We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads specialist with strong skills in CallRail reporting to help us audit a current advertising account, identify issues, and verify the effectiveness of the work currently being performed. Our account is active, but we're seeing discrepancies and potential performance issues that need a closer look from a trusted expert. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing our current Google Ads account structure, campaign setup, and performance. Verifying that ads are running correctly, conversions are being tracked properly, and the account is optimized. Checking that all leads and calls tracked via CallRail are being captured and responded to. Identifying any areas of concern or underperformance. Providing a summary report of findings and recommended action items. Requirements: Proven experience managing and auditing Google Ads campaigns. Deep understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with CallRail (including reviewing call logs and conversion data). Ability to communicate findings clearly and offer practical next steps. Responsive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. This is a short-term consulting job, but could turn into ongoing work depending on your findings and recommendations.
