We’re a U.S.-based software development agency seeking a hybrid Product & Project Manager to lead web, mobile, and GenAI application builds. You’ll play a dual role: helping clients shape their long-term product vision, while also managing internal sprint-based execution with engineers and designers. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Eastern European engineering team and UI/UX designers in Figma. You should be able to own projects from kickoff through delivery, translating client needs into clear tasks and timelines in Jira. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate directly with clients (US-based, across all time zones) to refine product vision and roadmap - Translate client goals into detailed user stories, tasks, and requirements - Manage sprint planning, standups, retros, and delivery using Jira - Coordinate design workflows with UI/UX designers in Figma - Oversee development progress and QA to ensure successful delivery - Act as the bridge between client needs and engineering realities - Communicate clearly and proactively with both clients and internal teams Requirements - 3+ years experience in product management and project management roles - Strong proficiency with Jira and Figma workflows - Experience working with distributed engineering teams (Eastern Europe experience preferred) - Native Engilsh speaker - Comfortable managing both short-term sprint execution and long-term product direction - Self-starter who can manage projects independently and drive results Nice to Have - Experience working with GenAI or AI-powered applications - Background in mobile and web SaaS products - Familiarity with agile/lean development practices
