Description: We're seeking an experienced Airtable expert to design and implement a streamlined system of Airtable workspaces that integrate seamlessly with Jotform. This system will support a small education-focused program by automating data collection, organizing course and sponsor rosters, and generating dashboards and reports for performance tracking. Project Scope: We need a professional who can: Design Airtable bases and interfaces to manage: Course rosters (students, schedules, attendance) Sponsor rosters (contacts, contributions, engagement levels) Set up automated input flows from Jotform submissions into Airtable Create dashboards and summary views for key performance indicators (enrollment, attendance, sponsor engagement, demographics, etc.) Enable efficient and reliable reporting, exportable for grant reporting and stakeholder updates Provide documentation or short Loom walkthroughs for ongoing maintenance and training Ideal Candidate: Proven experience building Airtable systems with interface views, automations, and Jotform integrations Strong understanding of relational databases and workflow automation Bonus if experienced with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Airtable Scripts Ability to advise on best practices for data hygiene and scaling Deliverables: Airtable bases and interfaces for courses and sponsors Working integration between Jotform and Airtable (test with sample form data) Summary dashboards for both internal use and external reporting Optional: short user guide or Loom videos explaining setup and use Timeline: Looking to start within 1–2 weeks.
