We are a small but dynamic and fast-paced organization that produces multiple events each month. We are looking for an organized and energetic local Event Planner to join our team and help execute high-quality events that leave a lasting impression. **This job will require local event attendance on a weekly basis. ** Job Description:
As a Contract Event Planner, you will work alongside our internal team to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of various events. You may be assigned to specific events and will be expected to plan and execute the event from beginning to end. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the internal team to plan and coordinate multiple events each month * Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, venue setup, and materials preparation * Attend assigned events to ensure smooth execution and address any onsite issues * Support post-event activities including follow-up, feedback collection, and recaps * Maintain detailed and organized records of each event's planning and outcomes * Adhere to timelines and budgets for assigned events Qualifications: * Proven experience in event planning or coordination * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * Comfortable working independently and within a team * Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and event management software To Apply:
