Illustrate my Logo
I have a draft logo that I have created for my new business. It's basically exactly what I want, but it needs to be finalized. I'm looking for a skilled illustrator to touch it up, and create the vectorized version. If there's some adjustments to make it align with some design rules, or something, that'd be good too. Otherwise, I'm basically satisfied with what I've made in GIMP.

Illustrator help with vectoring elastic baseball closure
I have a fashion tech pack in Illustrator for baseball caps (see attached). The closure at the back is a traditional snapback. I would like to change the closure to an elasticized closure, like the one in the attached image. I'm not skilled enough at Illustrator to do it myself.
