We’re a small, fully remote business. We provide laptops to our employees, but when employees leave, some laptops remain inaccessible due to forgotten or unknown passwords. We need an IT Admin who can quickly help us reset passwords and get these laptops operational again. Beyond this, we also require occasional help with typical IT admin tasks, like software troubleshooting, hardware issues, and routine tech support. Ideal Candidate: Has experience with laptop password resets (Windows and/or Mac). Comfortable providing remote IT support. Available with quick turnaround times for urgent needs. Reliable and proactive in troubleshooting IT issues.
