We are seeking a Level One or Level Two IT Field Technician to provide ongoing on-site technical support in Downtown Miami. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, perform installations, and ensure client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Tech will work with our Service Desk manager based in Philadelphia and will be on call with a 2-4 hr onsite response time, POS and restaurant IT support experience a plus.
