Role Overview: We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Customer Support & Community Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of ExoForma—resolving customer tickets via Zendesk, engaging our audience on Facebook and Instagram, and helping us deliver top-notch service at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities: Zendesk Ticket Management: Triage, prioritize, and respond to customer inquiries and issues in Zendesk with clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication. Social Media Content & Community Engagement: Plan and publish 3–5 posts per week on Facebook and Instagram (product highlights, how-to tips, promotions). Respond to comments and DMs, fostering a positive, helpful community vibe. Customer Service Support: Handle order questions, returns/exchanges, and general product inquiries via email/chat. Escalate technical or shipping issues to the appropriate internal teams. Feedback Loop: Gather and share customer insights—common pain points, feature requests, or product feedback—with our marketing and product teams to help drive continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Help refine our support workflows, FAQ content, and social-media best practices to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in customer support or community management (preferably in e-commerce or consumer products). Strong written communication skills: you can explain technical concepts in plain English and adapt tone to match our brand. Hands-on familiarity with Zendesk (or similar ticketing platforms) and social-media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer). A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for cars and detailing is a plus, but an appetite for learning and enthusiasm for our products matters most.
