Work involves setting-up an efficient office, a system that includes organizing paperwork, files for ongoing ease, and the management of work flow. Paper management is to improve access for references that exist. An organizer achieves change, uses existing storage and available shelves, cabinets, etc. to optimize the materials for order and placement. This requires "physical" reorganization. Review of current materials and planning for change is important. Utilizing computer skills includes Windows 11, MIcrosoft office suite, as a transition from paper records. Scanning to digital files reduces paper. Improving the office is in conjunction with the development of creative projects---the purpose of this work. Current creative projects guide the purpose for change and improvement. Certain planning is requisite. Determining how to achieve transition is a stepwise process. The requirements for success include experience, ability, proven competence for growth. Creative work is purposeful and proven over years.
