Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team and other departments - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments - Handle internal and external communications (emails, memos, etc.) - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation - Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accuracy - Support onboarding processes and team coordination - Perform data entry, research, and basic tasks Requirements: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Proficient in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office, or similar - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Discretion with confidential information - Self-starter with a proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a tech/startup environment - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) - Basic understanding of bookkeeping or HR support (a plus)
