About the Role: We’re looking for driven, people-focused professionals to step into a leadership-track position within our Insurance Benefits division. As a Team Leader, you'll not only serve clients but also help build and develop a growing team of agents. This role is designed for individuals who want more than just a job—they want influence, autonomy, and advancement.
