Overview Phoenix Industrial Redevelopment, LLC (PIR) is requesting proposals from qualified backend developers with specific experience integrating with Morningstar ByAllAccounts. The objective is to build a backend integration that enables visibility of PIR fund allocations in WealthTech platforms (e.g., Advyzon, Tamarac, Orion) that aggregate account data through ByAllAccounts. This integration will support PIR’s growing relationships with Series 66 Wealth Managers and RIAs, ensuring that client allocations into PIR-managed syndications and funds (via InvestNext) are correctly reflected in the advisor's dashboard. About PIR Phoenix Industrial Redevelopment (PIR) is a national leader in small-bay industrial real estate. Through our Workspace Nation® portfolio and proprietary programs (FixedFunds®, 1031Funds®), we enable accredited investors to participate in the resurgence of U.S. manufacturing by investing in value-add industrial parks across the country. We serve both direct investors and financial advisors allocating capital on behalf of clients—and this integration is a critical step in deepening our support of the latter. Project Scope We seek a backend specialist to: 1. Design and Implement Integration Develop a secure backend API service or bridge that: Connects InvestNext data (via API or flat file) with ByAllAccounts (via API or custom feed specification) Transmits allocation and performance data for each advisor’s client investment into PIR products Supports account mapping and data standardization per ByAllAccounts/WealthTech system requirements 2. Ensure WealthTech Visibility Confirm that allocations appear in downstream platforms such as Advyzon, Tamarac, or Orion Collaborate with ByAllAccounts technical team (and PIR’s internal team) to test and certify visibility 3. Ensure Security and Compliance Implement secure authentication (OAuth or equivalent) Encrypt all transmitted data Ensure solution is compliant with data handling requirements relevant to investment platforms and financial advisors 4. Provide Documentation and Support Deliver full API documentation and data mapping structure Provide guidance to PIR on ongoing maintenance or changes required for platform updates Optional: post-implementation support agreement Deliverables Functional backend integration with ByAllAccounts Successful data flow validated in one or more WealthTech platforms Documentation (API design, error handling, data schema, mapping rules) Optional: SLA proposal for maintenance Preferred Qualifications Proven experience developing integrations with Morningstar ByAllAccounts (REQUIRED) Experience integrating investment platforms (InvestNext, Juniper Square, or similar) Proficient in secure RESTful API design, webhooks, data synchronization, and encryption protocols Strong grasp of financial data aggregation, wealth management tech stack, and regulatory data considerations (SEC/FINRA, Reg D familiarity helpful) Proposal Requirements Interested parties must submit a proposal including the following: Company/Individual Overview Relevant experience Team bios (if applicable) Project Approach Technical architecture overview Integration and testing plan Timeline and milestones Portfolio or Case Studies Examples of similar integrations (especially ByAllAccounts or WealthTech) Pricing Fixed fee or milestone-based budget proposal Optional support/maintenance rates References At least one reference from a related integration project
