Light Personal and very small business bookkeeping - 2024 catchup in QBO.

I have 6-8 bank accounts - but three have monthly transactions. We have 6-7credit card accounts - only 3 have regular transactions. Across all bank and cc accounts we have maybe 50-60 transactions per month. 5-10 of them are business expense, rest are personal expense but need to be coded to QBO property for monthly reporting. I had hired someone to do 2024 catchup, most of the accounts are linked to QBO, but many of the 2024 account transactions need to be reconciled. A review of the COA's needs to be done to make sure the accounts have been setup right. I see duplicate transactions so it looks like the CC charges need to be matched up with the bank feeds and payments etc. My CPA fileed an extension on my 2024 tax return, but Im needing to get 2024 addressed and get caught up with 2025. Most of the transactions have been scanned in with neat receipts can be searched to confirm proper COA posting. Once catchup of 2024 is done, the monthly volume will not be much to deal with. Thanks, Mike M
