What You’ll Be Doing • Providing expert advice on GDPR compliance and broader data protection frameworks. • Conducting gap analyses, DPIAs, and risk assessments for client organisations. • Drafting and reviewing privacy policies, data processing agreements, and consent mechanisms. • Guiding clients through data subject rights requests and breach management and incident management procedures, as required by regulations. • Embedding privacy by design into client systems and processes. • Delivering training and awareness sessions to build a culture of compliance. • Staying up to date with regulatory developments and evolving best practices. Desirable Experience • Previous work in consulting, advisory, or freelance data protection roles • Experience in the healthcare or medical sector, with an understanding of health data regulations • Exposure to AI-related data privacy challenges, including algorithmic transparency and automated decision-making • Strong working knowledge of GDPR, UK DPA, and other relevant global data protection laws • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar are a plus Why Join Us?
