Project Overview: We’re looking for a Go High Level expert to build a clean, modern, and fully functional website for our café brand — Regretless — and to set up smart automation workflows to streamline customer engagement, reservations, and marketing. We are Melbourne’s first fully Coeliac Australia–accredited, gluten-free, low-carb café with two locations and a loyal following. We need someone who understands both great digital user experiences and efficient backend systems. If you’re a great fit, we have more work coming up, including additional automation projects, marketing funnels, and expansion support. Scope of Work: 1. Website Build (Go High Level): Design a fast, responsive website using GHL Required pages: Home About Menu (sortable or filterable) Reservation / Booking Online Ordering (via QR code or external integration) Locations (CBD + Suburb) Contact Catering (with form or downloadable PDF) Blog / News Testimonials Integrate brand visuals (we’ll supply images, colors, and branding) 2. CRM & Automation Setup: Create forms connected to CRM and tagging system Set up automation for: Welcome emails/SMS Booking confirmations Follow-ups for catering and inquiries Newsletter sign-ups Customer segmentation (e.g. first-time vs returning) Connect to reviews, analytics, QR menu scans, and Instagram feed (if possible) Ideal Candidate: Proven experience building websites on Go High Level Strong understanding of automation workflows, ideally in hospitality or service-based businesses Able to advise on best practices for UX, lead generation, and CRM setup Communicates well and meets deadlines Bonus: Familiarity with Australian café or F&B market Deliverables: Complete website in Go High Level Full automation workflows mapped, built, and tested SEO-optimized pages Optional: 1–2 live walkthrough sessions for our internal team Timeline: We’d like the first version launched in 2–3 weeks.
