Design 2147, a NYC-based consulting firm, is seeking a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) to provide subscription-based monthly support for approximately 25–30 users across a hybrid environment. Our systems include Azure-hosted servers (SQL, RDS, DC), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), QuickBooks Online, Power BI, and a VOIP setup (WeConnect). We require a vendor with demonstrated experience in supporting small to mid-sized hybrid environments, providing both remote and occasional on-site support in New York City.
