Tier III IT Service Desk Technician (Remote – Offshore Welcome) Job Description: RPM Technologies is a nationwide provider of Information Technology services for mid to large-sized companies. We’re seeking a skilled Tier III IT Service Desk Technician to join our remote team and provide advanced support across a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: * Provide advanced remote IT support for Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware/software issues * Administer and support Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) * Manage user accounts via Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, and the O365 Admin Center * Configure and support VoIP phone systems * Perform basic network diagnostics (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi) * Maintain detailed documentation of processes and issue resolutions * Collaborate with internal team members and communicate effectively with clients * Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk/deskside support, including Tier III-level issues * Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 apps * Experience with Active Directory, O365, MFA, and VoIP systems * Fluent spoken and written English (required) * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently * Stable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours (EST preferred) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting multiple clients or working in an MSP environment * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Windows certifications * Familiarity with remote support tools Education: * High School Diploma or GED required * Technical training or a degree in IT preferred Job Type: * Full-Time (40 hours/week) – Long-Term Contract Remote – Offshore Candidates Welcome Schedule: * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shift * On-call availability as needed To Apply: Please include: A brief overview of your Tier III experience Any certifications you hold Confirmation of your availability during U.S. time zones.
