We are building a structured peer-group program for small business owners and are seeking a Program Developer with instructional design experience to create training materials, facilitator guides, and recurring meeting resources. You will help build the foundational content for local group facilitators and participants, including onboarding materials, workshop agendas, accountability tools, and self-sustaining group processes. Scope of Work:    •   Design a facilitator training curriculum (onboarding, moderation, goal tracking)    •   Develop a peer-group session framework (Success Circles and Industry Circles)    •   Create onboarding materials and tools for both facilitators and members    •   Produce printable and digital resources: agendas, worksheets, accountability templates    •   Refine content based on testing and team feedback ⸻ Deliverables: 1. Facilitator Training Manual (PDF format) 2. Participant Onboarding Guide 3. Session Frameworks for two group types 4. Goal Tracking & Accountability Tools 5.
