I’m looking for an experienced Project Manager / Operations Consultant who can help train and improve a team member’s project management skills. She struggles with detail-oriented tasks, critical thinking, reporting, and proactive problem-solving. I need someone who can work with her over a 60-90 day period to refine her skills in: • Structuring project reports and client updates • Note-taking and summarizing key information • Proactively managing deadlines and tasks • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams • General attention to detail and critical thinking This is a part-time, short-term coaching/training role, but if successful, it could lead to ongoing process improvement work.
