Description: We are looking for an experienced professional to help integrate our Shopify store directly with QuickBooks Online. The goal is to streamline our accounting processes by syncing key data (sales, payments, inventory, taxes) from Shopify to QuickBooks in real-time. We are interested in using MyWorks or another direct integration solution. Responsibilities: Implement a direct integration between Shopify and QuickBooks Online to sync orders, payments, inventory, and customer information. Ensure accurate syncing of taxes, shipping, and inventory data between Shopify and QuickBooks. Troubleshoot any issues during the integration process and resolve them promptly. Provide ongoing support and guidance to optimize the integration post-setup. Ensure the integration adheres to accounting standards and is secure. Requirements: Proven experience with Shopify to QuickBooks Online integration (preferably using MyWorks or similar). Strong understanding of both QuickBooks Online and Shopify’s back-end systems. Experience in e-commerce accounting practices, including tax, shipping, and inventory management. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly. Preferred: Familiarity with MyWorks or other integration tools for Shopify and QuickBooks. Previous experience optimizing integration workflows. Attention to detail and strong project ownership.
