Overview We're seeking an experienced 1099 contractor to manage data migration into our Dynamics Business Central ERP system and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead data migration initiatives into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central • Respond to user tickets for system enhancements and changes • Build and update custom reports based on business requirements • Maintain and troubleshoot existing plugins and customizations • Implement system improvements to optimize workflow efficiency • Ensure business continuity through effective Environment management and bench testing practices Required Skills • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV • Strong data migration and integration skills • Experience creating custom reports in Business Central • Knowledge of Business Central plugins and extensions • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Desired Skills • Experience with AL/CAL programming • Experience in the Azure cloud • Experience working with Microsoft Entra • Proficiency in Business Central reporting tools • Understanding of Quickbooks software and accounting principles • Experience in the agriculture wholesale industry • Experience supporting end users in a ticketing environment
