Hello! We are a small software development agency, and our client is a growing real estate brokerage. We are searching for a developer to build a custom AI model using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to compare property photos and determine if two listings are similar. The model will likely use a Siamese Network or similar deep learning architecture. Experience with the following will likely be valuable: - Building and training AI models, especially using convolutional neural networks - Handling image-based datasets in TensorFlow or PyTorch - Google Cloud Vision AI, Vertex AI, and BigQuery Some of your responsibilities in the near future may include: - Build a simple web portal where the brokerage's Market Analysts can review property images and provide feedback to label training data for the AI model - Develop and tune the AI - Assist with testing, quality assurance, and implementation We also have a bunch of other tools and applications that we support for this brokerage, including a home-grown CRM, so we strongly prefer a developer with full-stack experience. We’ve got a growing list of AI and non-AI projects in our pipeline for the near future! Our tech stack is: - Backend: Python / Django - Relational DB: MySQL & PostgreSQL - Frontend: React (hooks), TypeScript, Material-UI - Cloud: Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and others Other requirements: - Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Must be able to chat via video conference for interview, and usually several times per week while project is in progress. - Some overlap with U.S. Eastern time - Must be willing to sign an NDA if selected Thanks for your consideration!
