We are seeking a Service Cloud Expert to assist with our Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. The successful candidate will have experience migrating data and processes from Freshdesk to Salesforce. You will guide us through best practices, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal configuration of the Service Cloud. If you have a proven track record in Salesforce implementations and a deep understanding of Service Cloud functionalities, we want to hear from you. Please include examples of previous migrations and implementations in your application. Must have Service Cloud Consultant certification and references we can talk to about your past experience
