We’re seeking an HR college recruitment expert to help us amplify this mission, centralizing our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, Symplicity, WayUp and Indeed to reach more students and build a pipeline of tomorrow’s leaders. Currently, our accounts are tied to individual profiles, and we need an expert to swiftly transition ownership to a single, company-controlled email/profile. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in these platforms (including paid options), a proven track record in collegiate recruitment, and the ability to strategize and execute quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Create a centralized company email/profile to manage all platforms. - Transfer ownership from individual accounts to the new centralized company account on LinkedIn, Handshake, Symplicity, and Indeed. - Assess our recruitment goals and develop a clear plan leveraging both free and paid posting/outreach options. - Execute the approved strategy, setting up profiles, postings, and campaigns. - Evaluate the candidate pipeline and optimize outreach for our target universities and candidates. Qualifications: - Extensive experience managing LinkedIn, Handshake, Symplicity, and Indeed accounts, including paid features. - Proven success in collegiate recruitment strategies and execution. - Ability to work quickly and deliver a detailed plan with actionable next steps. - Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
