We are seeking a professional BBQ Chef who specializes in seasoning and rub development but also has expertise in Asian/Pacific flavor profiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating unique BBQ rub recipes, formulating them for mass production, and performing product costing analysis. You should possess a deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient sourcing, and food safety standards. If you have a passion for BBQ and can bring innovative ideas to the table, we would love to hear from you! Proposed budget is $50-$100 per rub based on BBQ Experience. Portion will be paid up front with remainder paid after shipping sample and testing. Shipping and Ingredient Costs will be covered additionally. 11 Rubs currently slates for creation.
