Core Responsibilities Identify and engage potential sales candidates through strategic outreach Build talent pipelines across various B2B sales roles (SDR, AE, Enterprise, VP) Craft compelling messages that resonate with passive sales professionals Screen candidates for alignment with client requirements Required Experience & Skills 3+ years in sales recruitment or talent sourcing Deep understanding of B2B sales roles, career progression, and industry terminology Proven success in candidate outreach and engagement Strong knowledge of sales metrics and SaaS products Excellent written communication for personalized outreach Willingness to use phone calls and creative approaches to reach candidates Success Factors Ability to identify top sales talent across industries and seniority levels Strong research skills for mapping target companies and identifying candidates Experience with boolean search techniques and effective sourcing strategies Tools & Resources Personal recruiting tools and subscriptions will be reimbursed Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and able to work independently Action-oriented with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Quick to understand various sales roles and client requirements Write Orange in your proposal so I know you read this.
