Facebook & Instagram Account

A couple months ago my Facebook account was hacked along with my Instagram account. I had my Facebook linked to my Instagram because of the Meta Account Linking service & whenever my Facebook got hacked they also had access to my Instagram. When ever I tried to recover my Facebook account, I received a message that said, "We suspended your account. Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account tlv.roma.7qe20c doesn't follow our rules. You have 180 days left to appeal. Log into your linked Instagram account to appeal our decision." Well the first problem is, my Instagram account is not "tlv.roma.7.qe20c" & my second problem is I cannot login to my Instagram account to appeal the suspension because as I mentioned earlier my Instagram account was hacked. So for about 3 months I have been trying to find a way or find someone to help me recover either my Facebook or my Instagram account. I have proof that my account was hacked as well. Below I attached screenshots proving that my account was hacked. Keep in mind that the screenshots were taken on January 15th. I had 180 days left to appeal the decision from January 15th. Now I only have 80 days left to appeal the decision. In the attachments you will see that the last IP address that was logged into my account & has any activity was "42.115.244.233." That IP address is located in Vietnam. Is there any way you can help me PLEASE? Hope to hear back as soon as possible. Thank you.
