Optimize Hubspot CRM Sales, Marketing, Service hubs; deploy dashboards, reporting, automation


Resurfacing this post - we were delayed but ready to start our project again! We are a startup 12 months into a Hubspot deployment, looking for a skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist to help us optimize our system to improve our use of the CRM/Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs, ensure efficient tracking and management of customer interactions, and develop/deploy comprehensive funnels, reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and track customer engagement. We are on the STARTER CRM subscription level and expect to stay there for the foreseeable future, unless there are compelling reasons to upgrade now to achieve the CRM visibility we seek. This is a contract-based project, and we need someone who can design and implement workflows, create funnels, dashboards and detailed reports, and ensure our team is maximizing the use of HubSpot's features. In parallel, the right person could also be involved with our search campaign plan and activation. Project goals Audit our set up and inform us/make recommendations on how to quickly optimize our use of Hubspot (things that move the needle), including Funnels/Reporting/Dashboards available. Design and implement effective workflows within HubSpot CRM to streamline sales, marketing and operational processes Sales Hub, Sales Funnel(s) set up o Optimize the CRM and Sales Hub functionality and create dashboards for the Sales Funnel(s) and Deals (and any other integrations with Shopify we can take advantage of for sales tracking) Service Hub, Ticketing is set up, see if we can improve. o Optimize the Service/Ticketing module and specifically any and all functionality that we have available to us, including any automations and the Jira integration. We can walk through this as we use it and how we asked that it be set up originally. Marketing Hub campaigns, automations o Set up marketing digital (website, email, campaign) automations o Set up dashboards to report on leads by origination, lifecycle stage/status, conversion metrics o Optimize digital footprint, traffic and metrics o Audit our eBlast deployments and performance for improvements. o Other as needed Operations Hub o Identify if there are any features we can use. Provide training and support to team members on utilizing HubSpot CRM features and best practices. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the CRM system. We’re looking for someone with strong experience optimizing HubSpot CRM, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, works with a passion and attention to detail.
