Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced cosmetic chemist or formulation expert to help develop a leave-in hair product that delivers both styling performance and scalp health benefits. The final product will be positioned in the men’s grooming and preventative wellness space, with a focus on supporting healthy hair through everyday use. Project Goals: Develop a stable formulation for a cosmetic-grade, leave-in product Include functional actives known to support scalp circulation and hair health Maintain a premium feel, pleasant texture, and effective daily-use performance Assist with ingredient selection, testing, and scale-up documentation Actives May Include : Caffeine Botanical extracts Vitamins or amino acids Other non-Rx hair-supportive ingredients (We may explore OTC monograph compatibility after NDA) Who We're Looking For: Experience in formulating hair care or scalp-focused products Familiarity with functional ingredients (e.g., DHT blockers, scalp stimulants, leave-in delivery systems) Bonus: experience with Minoxidil or drug-compliant formulations Understanding of cosmetic regulations, pH balancing, preservation, and stability To Apply, Please Include: Brief overview of your background in hair or scalp formulations Any relevant project experience Whether you’ve worked on daily-use or functional topical products Your typical process from concept to final formula
